We are currently seeking an ambitious individual to join this team in the role of Product Manager.


In this role, you will:

· Implement WPB product strategy and meeting annual product targets. Work with deposit, asset and card product desks to deliver annual product goals and initiatives.

· Ensure all customer solutions and offers are consistent and relevant with product mix and are proposition led.

· Assist in developing marketing materials, advertisements, FAQs, and educational resources related to WPB Products.

· Implement and oversight of WPB Marketing Communications in relation to Card, Asset and Liability products.

· Drive a culture of customer journey design and adoption in the development of customer solutions and products.

· Collaborate with frontline colleagues, Customer Value Management, Product, and Marketing teams to ensure alignment on key messages, goals, and overall experience for WPB customers.

· Support in setting up appropriate product pricing and ensuring regulatory compliance when implementing products in Country.

· Responsible for working with the Head of CVM to manage and grow the segment revenue as well as managing and monitoring the relevant product level budgets.


To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree from a public/private university with minimum 3 years of experience in Banking industry.
  • Must be a self-starter, organized, goal oriented, and driven.
  • Must take ownership of key accountabilities and have well-developed problem-solving skills.
  • Must possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Prior experience working in Banking Product related role is preferred but not mandatory.
